What is the difference of hiring a full-time designer instead of yourselves?
Having a full-time senior design team exceeds $5,000 USD plus job benefits per month.
In addition, you may not always have designs to order and you may not have them busy every day, so you will have to pay for the time that is not used.
Remember that with us you only pay for the month you need it and you can hire again whenever you want.
With us you have a flat rate and you don't have to quote design by design.
What kind of designs can I request?
Our service is aimed at companies, startups, businesses or organizations that need designs in their day to day, for their products and facilities, for a meeting, for an event, for their social networks or because they are going to create a new brand or a redesign.

What types of designs are not included in the plans?
It does not include web design, video or photo editing, as well as the creation of catalogs or brochures.

What is the limit on the number of designs I can order?
While you are subscribed to a plan, you can submit as many design requests as you like, and they will be delivered to you one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Applications are typically delivered in just 2 days or less. But if a request is complex it may take longer.
You will receive your designs from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Depending on the subscription plan you choose, you will receive one by one or up to 3 by 3 each day.
How do I request designs?
Once your payment is made, you will have the WhatsApp number of your agent who will be in charge of receiving all your design requests from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What if I don't like a design I ordered?
Without worries! We will continue to review the design until you are 100% satisfied.
What happens if my monthly payment expired and there are still pending applications that have not been delivered?
No problem, you will continue to receive one by one of your designs that you requested in the contracted month even if your monthly payment has already ended, but if you require us to make changes to a design, then you will have to contract for one more month.
Is there a refund if I don't like the service?
Due to the high quality of work and service, no refunds will be issued.
